Return and Refund Policy

Biomart (a part of Biomedicare laboratories pvt. Ltd) strives to deliver correct products in the right/undamaged condition every time the customer places an order. We strongly recommend our customers to check the condition of the delivered products at the time of delivery and get back to us if there are any discrepancies.

Please note that the window to raise a return request is open till 48 hours after the order has been delivered. The items are eligible for a return under the following circumstances.

  • Product(s) delivered do not match the order: This would include items that are different from what the customer ordered.
  • Product(s) were delivered in damaged/non-working condition.
  • Product(s) have missing parts or accessories or different from their description on the product page.
  • Product(s) are returned in original packaging i.e. with labels, barcode, price tags, original serial no. etc.
  • Product(s) are unused. Opened strip(s)/bottle(s) are not eligible for returns
  • The damages/defects happened before opening of the package the products were delivered in

In the aforesaid unlikely situations, if there is something wrong with the order, we’d be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 48 hours from the delivery of the product. Biomart reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out to Olee Fashion after 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process:

  • Biomart customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 3 working day from the time of receipt of complaint.
  • Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, Biomart will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned.

  • Replacement will begin 4 working days from date of reverse pick delivery at the end of Biomart (if required), and after confirmation from the purchaser who is returning the consignment as per his choice.

Refund Policy:

Refunds can be issued on orders in case of the following circumstances.

  • Products not delivered to the customer within the delivery period
  • Products lost in transit by our delivery partner
  • In case of return and replacement, if Biomart is unable to replace and deliver the same product

Refund Process:

In case Biomart is unable to replace the product, we will issue a refund during the same period and the same will be returned to the same source of payment used to make the purchase. (Alterations are not possible on this aspect and Biomart will not be responsible for any complications arising out of EMI transactions made at checkout with our payment partners)

Please note: The products listed on our website are represented in the best possible visual way to show how they really are in physical form. In addition to this we furnish full details and specifications of our products clearly on the website. We assume that all customers on our website are fully aware of the aforementioned aspects and are making an informed purchase decision when they checkout by paying for the Cart items.

We DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on the basis of any disputes arising out of disparity in the customer’s understanding of visual aesthetics or assumed specifications of the product(s).
